The meeting is a time of deepening of topics related to skin ulcers, including diabetic foot, from diagnosis to final treatment. The philosophy that this event will draw, at the border between the decline of a decade and the dawn of a new, mark the issues of a consolidation of scientific convictions already reached up to the contemporary impetus for research and innovation.
