BOTERO 12 is a piece of footwear recommended for the daily treatment of the rheumatic foot affected by joint pain and displaying slight deformities. It also serves for grade 0 and 1 prevention of diabetic foot.
The flexible biomechanical outsole contributes to a steady gait and balance. During the gait cycle, the foot joints are protected and pressure is properly distributed, helping to lessen any risk of falling.
The stretchable upper without seams at friction points adapts to the foot, softly accommodating deformities (such as a hallux valgus or hammer toes) and avoiding dangerous painful rubbing while ensuring the utmost comfort, even in the case of bursitis, gout and callosity.
The velcro fastening means that the upper front can be opened and adjusted to fit the foot.
This piece of footwear has been designed for the insertion of a ready-made or bespoke insole.
BOTERO 12 is part of the “PODARTIS PERFECT FITTING” system – a single model designed in different fits to better suit all the needs of patients.
